3. Before I though it was a boring book but it has gotten better
4. The Independant Reading projects is proabably the only time I read out side of class so i would say it is worth it because I need to start reading more often. Yes, the work was worthwhile.

A Wrinkle In Time

Well as of now Meg and Charles Wallace have just met Calvin near the haunted house. At first Charles Wallace doesn't trust Calvin but Mrs. Who told him that "Calvin was a good one." later on Mrs. Who tells them to go home and that they all going to help their father. So as they go home Meg and Calvin become good friends. At Meg's home Calvin stays for dinner and they both work on there homework and Calvin sees that Meg is not really dumb.

The main character, meg, is a high school student who is trying to save her father. She has the help of her brother and friend, Charles Wallace and Calvin. Charles Wallace helps meg over come her lack in self image and confidence.

A WRINKLE IN TIME

The author of this book is Madeleine L'Engle. The genre would be a suspense/ mystery and, there are 190 pages to this book. So far this has been a pretty interesting book. the setting starts out at meg's home during a hurricane. as she couldn't sleep she went downstairs for a snack. when meg, her mother, and Charles were eating they met Miss.whatsit as she was out during the hurricane. Meg's first impression of Miss.Whatsit was that she was a vary shady women and that she must have been up to something.

Akeelah and the Bee Part 2

this was a pretty good movie. The ending was good but because both dillan and akeela won 1st place. i would recommend this movie. the words that she used will help us with our sat. if we knew all the words akeela used in the movie, i bet we could probably make a perfect score on the vocab part
